2. Draft Status of Generated Content

All content generated by this Service constitutes preliminary drafts that:

• Require thorough review and verification by qualified professionals
• Must be edited and customised to accurately reflect actual service delivery
• Should not be used directly without professional assessment
• Are not intended to replace professional judgment or expertise
• Remain preliminary drafts until reviewed, edited, and approved by you as the responsible professional

3. Not Professional Advice

The Service does not provide:

• Medical, healthcare, or clinical advice
• Legal advice or legal documentation
• Official NDIS compliance assessments
• Professional recommendations or diagnoses
• Audit or validation services

Users should consult with appropriately qualified professionals for matters requiring specialist expertise.

4. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any documentation you submit to the NDIS or other parties
• You must verify all AI-generated content before use
• You must ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators, and all applicable guidelines
• You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• You are bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct in your professional capacity

5. AI Technology Limitations

Artificial intelligence has inherent limitations. Generated content may:

• Contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions
• Not reflect current NDIS guidelines or requirements
• Require significant modification to meet specific circumstances
• Not be suitable for all participant situations or service contexts

AI-generated drafts are not a substitute for professional training, experience, or judgment.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Generated drafts will be accepted by the NDIA, plan managers, or service providers
• The Service will meet your specific professional requirements
• Results will be suitable for any particular purpose

Approval or acceptance of any documentation remains solely at the discretion of the NDIA, plan managers, or other relevant authorities.

7. Compliance Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their professional practice complies with:

• NDIS Act 2013 and associated rules
• NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators
• NDIS Code of Conduct
• State and territory legislation
• Professional registration requirements
• Organisational policies and procedures

Misuse of this Service for fraudulent claims or non-compliant documentation is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and reporting to the NDIS Commission or relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

• We disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or professional reputation
• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of generated drafts
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you directly paid to us (excluding free credits) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. For services, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of having them re-supplied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Australia Natural Science Foundation Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Documentation you create, submit, or distribute
• Your breach of these terms or applicable laws
• Any fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant content you produce

This indemnification is limited to claims arising from your breach of these terms or applicable laws, and is proportionate to your responsibility.

The quality of generated drafts depends on the accuracy and completeness of information you provide. We do not verify or validate user-submitted data. You are responsible for ensuring all input information is accurate, current, and appropriate.

We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
